is a digital platform that aims to make life easier for registered users who will use public services and benefit from utilities that will be offered over time. The "Venetian Digital Republic" eVenetia is the first virtual state entity that has provided the census service and anagraphic public registry through the Crypto-State technology. The Platform or Content may provide access to co-branded, third-party websites and services and other websites or services that have additional legal terms and conditions ("Other Services"). Contribution of Users

Users of the Platform organized within the Platform are obliged to observe Rules of the services in which they participate. Regulations vary depending on the service and the user is required to acquaint with them, before declaring a will to participate in service.
If the service provides that User can publish his content, the User declares that he or she is fully responsible for the content posted in the Platform. In addition, the User declares that he or she has the appropriate rights to publish content on the Platform.

The owner and Enkronos, in the provision of the service, will limit to make available to the User only the technical facilities under its jurisdiction, that are necessary for the performance of the service. The performance of the service to the Users will therefore be recognized by a legal relationship established directly and exclusively between the user and the Organiser of each Service. The Organiser, therefore, is solely responsible for the content and execution of the service either to the User, to the Owner, to Enkronos and to third parties. The User expressly agrees to indemnify the Owner and Enkronos from all possible claims (resulting from content and the implementation of the service) which can be advanced by the User, the Organiser or by third parties against the same Owner and Enkronos. The service will be made in accordance with the law and / or the Authority`s regulations.

If not stipulated otherwise by law, the courts in Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all disputes arising or in any way connected with the use of the Platform or these Terms of Use.
